100% satisfaction is the goal of Serendipitous Company.  If you are not completely satisfied.  We will gladly refund or replace the item(s). 

 

Plant Warranty

• We have a 30-day Plant guarantee.  

• The guarantee starts the day the plant is received and/or delivered.

• Provide Proof of purchase, contact information and pictures of product.

• Cancellations or changes to your order need to be done within 12 hours of placing the order.  We will do our best to process the request but once the tracking number or shipping label has been made, we are unable to cancel or edit the request.
