100% satisfaction is the goal of Serendipitous Company.  If you are not completely satisfied.  We will gladly refund the amount of the item(s).

Jewelry Warranty

As our customer we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.  We understand accidents happen.

 

So as a courtesy to you we offer a 

• 6-month, one time replacement of the same or equal value of the purchased item price.  

• ​The replacement item will not be warrantied.  Any future repairs needed for the replacement item will have a fee. 

• Proof of purchase, contact information and pictures of product are to be provided.

• Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

• Returned items must be received 15 days after signed confirmation of delivery to receive refund.  No returns accepted after the 15 days.

• Buyer is responsible for returned shipping.  Items must be returned in original state and packaging.  Tracking number and insurance is your responsibility when returning item.

• No returns or exchanges on any merchandise showing signs of being worn or damaged.

• Provide proof of purchase, contact information and pictures of product. 

• We are not responsible for lost items and cannot refund jewelry we have not received.  

• If the return requirements are met a refund will be given minus a 10% restocking fee.  This applies to ALL orders No exceptions.

• Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of purchase.
